i’m in perth mate. i called jbhifi in the city and the rude bitch said IF they get it in today i could buy one tomorrow. sanity said tomorrow. planet in mt lawley said they have it, but won’t sell it to me till tomorrow!
Actually, I heard from a friend of mine in Perth, JB Hi-Fi DO have them, but won’t be selling them until tomorrow….

yeah i figured that. i’ve held off downloading it, so i guess another day wont hurt. was just gonna knock off early, pick it up on the way home, crack a few beers & chill to the sweet, sweet sounds. what a way to spend a friday arvo! oh well

I used to work in a cd store and I used to have to enforce the whole embargo thing to the public. But I wasn’t the public so just think how many JB HiFi employees will be listening to the album tonight while we wait. I know they can be fined upwards of $10,000 depending on the album (a friend of mine got Lateralus a day before it was released and the rep busted the Trax store he got it from – they ended up getting a warning) but since I don’t work in a cd store anymore, gimme my… Read more »
