I was here too, wanted to do a little write up but haven't had the time yet. I got there are 2:30 pm thinking I would be one of the first people. NOPE just like the guys said, people there at 6 am and everything but the Chupa and some $70 bottle were left. I grabbed 3 Chupa and waited around. Met some fantastic people: father and a daughter, group of kids my age in their 20s, and two older women who where absolutely hilarious and a riot to hang out with. Really a great time and I felt like everyone there was so pleasant and nice to talk to.

I finally got to meet Mayn and Eric at about 6:30pm. Eric was all smiles and real nice- Mayn looked pissed. I asked them if they were miserable yet, Eric laughed and said of course not. Mayn in his pathetic (I think his speaking voice is so pussy sounding) voice said, "no no, not miserable yet but I will be soon." They both quick thanked me and I was on my way. I total of about 20 seconds I got to meet him for.

The whole experience was fantastic mostly because the friendly people there and getting to meet Maynard (probably the only celebrity I care about, its so pathetic).

If you get the chance do it up! I haven't tasted the wine yet (saving one for vacation, one for the new album and one for my college graduation) but I'm super excited about it
F Maynard. I love Tool. They are my favorite band by a long shot and I've seen them 9 times and will travel from FL to OH over the summer to see them. BUT maynard is a lil fag.
I went to 2 wine signings in south FL and both times I was frustrated as hell. He has absolutely no regard for his fans. He would never ever have been in a posistion to be doing wine signings let alone have a vineyard had he not had Tool fans. No one gives a damn about wine coming from Arizona, of all places. But to be so "hollywood" with the all the rules and regulations just to have the guy not even look you in the face and maybe get him to give a brief, uninterested answer to your inquiry. At both signings people were ther buying cases of the wine who clearly have never even heard a Tool song..(I'm talking rich, old Jewish women in their 60's.) Buying it all with no restrictions on bottle amounts so this people can sell it on Ebay while the fans waiting in line get screwed out of trying any wine beyond the damn Chupacabra which was average at best. He's there to make money from his name that he got from the band and not to cater to the fans that put him into that posistion.
No Hand-shaking? No pics? C'mon.... have you seen other celebs who do book signings etc? No one has the balls to be so blatantly disconnected with their audience.
If Tool was a one man act I would have lost my interest in them over the way this lil prick acts.
oh.... here. I had to grab a pic of him on his way back from his lil break that he so desperately needed.
Someone should have thrown a Tool CD into the gift box
Someone should throw a high quality soundboard recording that was purchased on ebay with high quality bootleg artwork and a receipt for three hundred dollars. Now that would be funny. Tool loves tool bootlegs.
