AcousticPhenomena emailed me today to let me know about and interesting snippet he found on Robert Fripp’s website:

A fabbo lunch with Adam covering a wide range of common interests & experiencing, among which: the possibilities of continuing our album, begun in Los Angeles some 5-6 years ago; and go out speaking together.

Should be an interesting album should it actually happen.  This sounds promising, though I’m sure many would argue not at the expense of a Tool album…

Fripp is working his way through the TººL collaborations, it seems. First he jammed with the whole band, and then it was Maynie [ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8uSObR2zLk8 ], now Adam. Danny and Justin shouldn’t be far behind, hopefully.
Can’t wait to hear what comes out of these sessions… I loves me some Frippertronics, but mostly because it will be so cool to hear Adam in a completely different context.
And re: “not at the expense of a Tool album…” I don’t really think that would be a primary source of delay… there are so many more likely suspects, after all.

Doesn’t sound like MJK likes TOOL-timing.

Adam looks like he can hardly contain his exitement.

hopefully it will see the light of day and not end up another ” Big Thing ”

i think we can safely assume the big thing doesnt exist or is forgotten.

what ever happened to the pot video?

Not sure, but I suspect that it’s part of the “Big Thing” – if that actually happens…
