I'd put money on a bet that elusivEuphoria is NOT a present/former member of TA and alteridiom IS...

...but on this subject, the more I learn about Maynard, the more logical and less cold he seems...or maybe I'm just getting old too...?
So the next Tool album will be about crappy side projects and wine?
I don't want to pick a fight, but that is a rather short-sighted and bitter comment. If you aren't a fan of what is coming from Puscifer and you aren't into wine, that's fine. But there is no reason to think that Maynard will have nothing to contribute to a new album. He's incredibly passionate in all things, including what he's doing with Puscifer and his wine. If you have read his blog on Caduceus and maybe treated Puscifer with more of an open mind (especially with such songs as Indigo Children, Momma Sed, Humbling River) it's clear that he has established a healthy and happy life for himself. He will have plenty of valuable things to say. Lot's of light, positive energy, hope, as well as frustration will surely be weaved into the metaphors and anecdotes that maynard is known for. He's obviously opened up a new chapter in his life... there is lot's of growth to speak about.

It sounds like a great philosphy to have toward art in general. I think there are some great bands out there like, say the Mars Volta who manage to both stay extremely prolific and still have interesting things to say in their music but some artists need that cool down time and their music always comes out better for it. I think that works for Tool just fine.

It seems like, with the addition of his new film, Maynard James Keenan has been involved in a lot more interviews recently.
It makes me think about the old days, where these media outlets would be so lucky just to get Maynard to avoid talking about TOOL's music and to poke fun at them, or something else, in a few short sentences and call that an interview.
