Tool Limited Edition Shirts, Tour Update

According to a recent post on Toolband, there will be 100 Limited Edition shirts featuring concert specific artwork at each show.  No word yet on the cost and sizes available but I hope to have more info from Fourtheye readers soon.  Here’s the Cedar Park shirt:

In other news, reports so far suggest Wovenhand are indeed supporting, at least in New Orleans. So much for the fansites being wrong! Also mentioned was that the Tool stage setup is looking quite different from that last US tour.  I’m sure some pictures will come in later today.  Thanks Kanudah.  I imagine Tool are probably on-stage or close to it as I write this!

Basejumper also sent me an email saying that apparently Ticketmaster as listing hip-hop group Dälek as the support in Red Rocks night #2.

Anyone who feels like grabbing me one of those shirts – let me know and we can come to some kind of arrangement…

  7. I might be the only TOOL fan who is turned off to the new tour artwork as of late. If I saw this limited edition T-shirt at a show, I would not even look twice at it, let alone purchase it.

  9. The Cedar Park show is the first show that will have these show specific shirts. I’m sure they will be priced higher as they are very limited.

    im diggin adams artwork, but the shirts i cant stand are the “boys” shirt and “california republic” shirt…… i mean wtf were they thinkin??

  15. We are printing the RR posters and T’s right now. taking a little break while we switch colors. These ones are my favorite so far.

  19. There were definitely show specific shirts for SF and Sacramento, CA.
    Didn’t get either one, but I’ll see if I can find any pics.
    The SF shirt looked like this, but obviously this is the poster:

  23. I was really bummed out that they were sold out of the California Republic shirt with the tour dates on the back when I saw ‘em back in July.

    So want/wanted that shirt.

  24. Now if only TooL would play the Stephen Colbert Report with a bear, that would be awesome. I bet a bear would have a whole mosh pit to itself.

    I just saw… Colbert tells me Ol’ Trumpster is pretty honored by himself and his great, great accomplishment of proving the prez is indeed both black and american… and maybe even a pirate

  33. haha ALOT, I flew from Boston to Cali for that show. I’ll post a pic of it framed and matted, it looks sooo much better.
    - Its one of those posters i’ll never get rid of (turned down a $2,000 offer)

  35. Haha understandable!! I love the dude on that print!! I want the July 10 Seattle one too that has 2 of those creature dudes on it(and July 10 is also my birthday) but both are impossible to get my hands on!!
