WWE’s Justin Roberts to host Tool VIP?

Blair revealed in a short post this morning that WWE’s Justin Roberts is expected to be one of the surprises of the Arizona Tool VIP session, which him apparently moderating the session:

Okay, if I can get some of you to gather around me for a minute… Closer… Okay. Realizing that those fans who are interested in the TOOL VIP EVENT are hoping that I might ‘whisper’ a few more of the “surprises” in store for those who attend, one thing that I did overhear a couple of days ago is that JUSTIN ROBERTS of WWE fame will be the event moderator. Hopefully I won’t be guillotined, with my lopped off head plopping inside a bucket of Tabasco sauce for revealing this, but I thought some of you might like to know… Not sure if I’ll be able to pry away anymore items of interest regarding the event, but you should check back just in case I’m feeling… daring.

I’ve never heard of the guy, but then again I haven’t really watched wrestling since I was about 12. Adam does have a great love for wrestling though, so hopefully this will result in a interesting interaction between the two on the night. If guess it will give them something else to talk about other than the new album.

Tickeets for the VIP Event are still on sale for $500, and you can get them here!

What the hell is going on? I imagine such conflicts between band members that they now need to be decided in the ring.

I’m really starting to wonder if this whole thing is a joke. Would anyone seriously spend $500 on a Q&A session hosted by some wrestling guy no one knows and teases of more “surprises”? They already ruled out playing anything. Have they ever come through with any of these “surprises”? Live DVD, fixed TA website, curveball, golden ticket, new album… What’s that saying?… Fool me once…

Not anymore. This circus will get no more of *my* hard earned money. And I’m sure I’m not alone.

Payback is a bitch.

With all due respest HB, do you honestly believe this? What if this last “recipient” NEVER comes forward?

It’s possible that there are still unopened copies out there because they are “Collector” and more “valuable” unopened… Fourth Golden Ticket may still be undiscovered…

Thinking about this… I can’t believe they sold a friggin CD for that much… A vinyl I could have thrown down on but a CD!?

Sigh….

Golden tickets, progress, progress, progress blah blah blah, the curveball (from screwballs) VIP, fixing the website (which by the way I ended up paying for twice because my first account just somehow vanished). Then Blair tells us that one of the songs he heard sounded to the likes of Wings. Holy shit can’t wait to hear that one. It’s a wonder that MJK still even wants to be involved with his side project Tool. Its official, Ive lost intesterest.
