Re: Random Tool Social Media thread

If Tool did a club tour (not happening) my guess is Maynard would do vocals from the crapper in the dressing room.

Re: Tool Spring 2017 Tour

San Bernardino is where that terrorist shooting took place a couple years ago. Anyway, I don't think think there's a proper venue there. Small college arena (5000) doing a quick google search. Makes more sense to go to Pasadena/LA/ Orange County/etc.

Re: A Perfect Circle Tour 2017

Yeah, keeping away from the Internet and not coming across the set list along with self control is near impossible. Going to Hollywood Bowl (the last show), I'm not gonna my to be able to do that. I'm sure I'll even go on YT to see what kind of stage production they may have. Don't think it'll be as...

Interesting. The APC stuff is pretty cut and dry, not really "click bait-y".

Early April Fools joke. o_O

Re: Random Tool Social Media thread

That was a good one, but obvious. You got me a few years ago (or whenever it was) about Maynard possibly going to rehab and some live DVD or book by the band or something. Wasn't even thinking about it since you have nearly a day up on us here in the US of A and even posted it a day early if memory ...

Re: Random Tool Social Media thread

Since it's the end of March we all know what that means: Hell Buoys attempt at some April Fools Day pranks. Well I've got some good news everyone- I'm here to spoil that fun! What will it be? "Maynard smiles while signing an autograph for a smelly fan while going off to rehab for the eighth tim...

Re: Random Tool Social Media thread

I did the 2009 NIN meet and greet in Chicago, that money was to help a person who needed a heart transplant BTW, and we got to walk on the stage. Those lights were fucking WARM! Re: Random Tool Social Media thread

And Krazy, just out of curiosity how long since you've seen Tallica live? They sound terrible on every recording I hear, but last few times I've seen them, they've sounded great, Hetfield included. 1994. I haven't liked any of their output since Justice, minus a song here and there, so I really hav...

To be fair Danny's Lamborghini is getting a bit old. Time to pony up for a new Aventador SV to go with that Malibu home.

Yeah, going from Orlando to Tampa is one thing. Going from two different countries is another, no matter somewhat close proximity. From my experiences: Red Rocks > The Gorge. Others I've gone with agree. Can't go wrong going to the Gorge though. i ve been to both and i think the gorge is better You ...

Don't think I'd go see Metallica if someone gave me free tickets, and this coming from someone who loves their '80's stuff.

Re: Tool Summer 2017 Tour

^^^ seeing a show like Tool at the Gorge would definitely be quite the visual treat. I say go for it. Would be doing the same but told myself I wouldn't be flying out to see them again until a new album comes out. I'm sticking to that. As for me, we just bit the bullet and got some cool (but pricey)...

Re: An open letter to Tool regarding concerts and presales

When were the rumors of the "next" album to drop started- 2011 I believe? Personally think it's a bit moronic to say they've been lazy for 11 years. No one expected a new album to drop 12 months after 10K days. So it's been only ~6 years of waiting! I feel good about things and should slee...
