I get where Steve Harris is coming from, there's quite a few bands that I like what I've heard of them but have never listened to one of their albums. It happens.

Slayer - Reign in Blood

I've never really "gotten" Slayer. Just not my thing, I guess. It took me a few tracks to get into this slbum but I liked it overall.

But not enough to "get" why its considered an all time classic. Again though, good album.

@Crow: nice to see someone else who knows this stuff.

Anyway, Blair just added a one sentence post about New Zealand and Waitang Day, so I'm guessing they're getting some shows, which means there's a decent shot for Australia as well.

It would be hilarious if it was a tour of Chile.

I've never read of Trent saying anything even remotely negative about The Fragile.

The closest he's come is saying that if he had splitten it in two it probably would've sold better.

I'm guessing Smithers said that about The Fragile because of its weak sales compared to The Downward Spiral.

And that's why Prison Sex, Wings for Marie, and 10,000 Days are retired.

Interesting interview never saw it before.

^The Fragile is a fucking bad ass album. Just because its not what people expected doesn't mean it wasn't good.

If Tool.releases and album that's 3/4 as good as The Fragile they will have done pretty damn good, in my opinion.

The intro to the interview (which seems to be written by a different person) actually says the interviewer was "probably" told not to ask about Tool.

May Jay has shown before that if he doesn't wanna talk about Tool he won't, so that may not be the case here.

This game is an ass whooping. Fuck Jacoby Jones, hate him as much as I hate Lewis.

I can't stand Ray Lewis but Ed Reed is a bad ass. Tough game to call but the Ravens seem to have something on their side.

Maybe I'm talking out of my ass, but I think I read in an interview once that he'd like to do a solo album...maybe this is it?
