Re: Random Tool Social Media thread

I didn't care for Radiohead either but after buying In Rainbows on a whim and listening /watching the live basement recording I absolutely love that album. Top 20 of all time in my book. I haven't listened to ETE yet.... just wasn't drawing me in for some reason. Maybe I should give it a go? Honest...

He will be shoulder deep within the border line the second the album drops. This is exactly why I stay far away from r/toolband. Cute little Tool puns everywhere. Regarding May May wearing a Puscifer jacket on stage for this tour - I think he's taking a jab at the fans that were saying that it was ...

Re: Tool - is this their last album?

^Agree. As long as they are alive, they will continue to make music. Why would they not take advantage of being free agents after this record? Some of my favorite musicians have put out music well into their 70s. And to think that they won't have the skills or physical ability to continue on later i...

Re: Random Tool Social Media thread

I think its rather amusing that TooL fans (who often like to often pride themselves on their insightful and clever natures) think that other TooL fans are quite simply gullible fawning idiots and like to bait them with the obviously made up or ridiculous. When I grow up I want to be, one of the har...

Re: Random Tool Social Media thread

i think the lyrics are a little overly dramatic (maynard, diva). its not like they've been gone for 13 years. i can give that credit though, it could be the last album with new material taking that long. its not like there using walkers or something. ok, M did have a hip replacement, dude has weak ...

Re: A work in progress

Is there a point to creating a new thread for this? Didn't you just create a similar thread, like a few days ago?

Why worry about what Tool will do two or three years from now?

Why make multiple threads about it?

Re: Random Tool Social Media thread

Please no "playing the whole album in sequence"-tour. That's 80-90 minutes of knowing what will happen next and very little surprises. I've found myself bored after a while during every "full album"-show I've been to, regardless of the band (and in some cases I thought the band ...
