Excellent news for you Euro fans. It’s been way too long.

More importantly (for the rest of us) is that makes it fairly likely we get a Spring/Early Summer Tool #5 release. Hopefully more updates coming shortly.

Thats kind of what i was thinking as well... but its just habit at this point to expect a new album when *insert announcement of more Tool shows* happens. It would be pretty shitty for all the European fans to finally get a Tool to come perform after all these years, and only get the greatest hits playlist they have been playing/modifying for the last decade. It would be even more shitty to have the new album be released immediately after the European tour finished.

Now that i think about it, thats exactly what will happen. Classic Tool.

It really depends on if Tool take 10+ years to come back to Europe.

While I expect this will be one of the firsts leg of a new album tour, it wouldn't surprise me if Tool tour, release the album, and then tour again in 2020/2021.

I don't think anyone will be shocked if Tool release an album between April - June 2019

I think everyone will be very surprised if Tool release an album. We all know its in the making, and its likely pretty far along. But id be lying if i said i wouldnt be surprised if they release it within the next year.

It could go either way. I’m not getting too excited until they announce a release date.

At this point, anyone who believes there won't be another Tool album also likely believes that 10,000 Days was a hoax

Seems likely that Tool will also be headlining Hellfest in France:

Tool just added a date at the ziggo dome in Amsterdam on 18th June. Predictably sold out within 10 mins and tickets available for twice the price now all over the Internet. The game is fucked.

Hello everyone!
Is there someone who wants to switch the tickets with me?
I have the ticket to Prague, 4 June, but unfortunately, 90% it won't be possible for me to come on this date

Does someone have the ticket to Lissabon or some other later dates?

Prague.
36 days left, woo-hoo.
Can't wait.
- You like noisy music?
- Yes. The louder the better. Stops me from thinking.
- You don't like to think? What do you like?
- Never thought about it.

I was just looking over their upcoming European tour dates and am so incredibly envious. What shows are you planning on going to?
