I've hastily uploaded it to Soundcloud for your listening displeasure:

I expect reviews of this album will be largely negative, but for me, I really like it. Points of contention I expect will be:
- The vocals - certainly an acquire taste.
- It's punk - a genre which seems underappreciated by Tool fans.
- The musicianship probably isn't good enough for Mog and Kittaan.
- Vocals to me are more about capturing the essence and feel of the music, rather than hitting a perfect note. As a result growling and screaming suit some styles of music more than others. In this case, I feel the vocals match the punky, metal, dirty and occassionally surf infused music.
- Punk is great! This ain't your Green Day variety shite.
- Having seen these guys play several times (and our band supported them once from memory) they are no slouches behind their instruments. No virtuosos here, but the work here is solid, and in particular Peakin' is a great display of their instrumental work.
