Have you, or anyone else out there, had a chance to check it out yet?

I'm definitely curious to hear an instrumental version of that album, but not enough to give Apple any money for it though.

Still waiting for the re-mastered release of The Fragile as well. Any day now...

I tried.
The item you requested is not currently in this region's iTunes store.
Also, there's no need for remaster of The Fragile.

I still prefer my original TVT release of Pretty Hate Machine. I like the re-mastered version, but it's that original copy I listened to over and over that takes me back.

I also really like the 5.1 surround sound of The Downward Spiral. It made me appreciate the album even more since it's release.

Admittedly, I thought With Teeth in 5.1 was incredible too, so I've probably got that going against me.
So Long, and Thanks for All the Tool.

I know what you mean about Broken: it felt like such an aggressive change. Wish is such a great opening track.

Trent Reznor is working on a Fight Club rock opera with David Fincher. Author Chuck Palahniuk is also involved.

In recent years, Trent Reznor and director David Fincher have had great success in scoring Hollywood films. Their successful collaborations include The Social Network, which won Best Original Score at the 2010 Academy Awards; The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, which received a 2011 Golden Globe nomination for Best Original Score; and most recently, 2014’s Gone Girl, which picked up nods at both the Grammys and Golden Globes.

The duo have now teamed up for a project of a different kind. Reznor will be working with David Fincher to bring his 1999 film Fight Club to Broadway. Chuck Palahniuk, author of the book on which the film was based, is also involved.

According to a tweet by Jeff Goldsmith of The Q&A with Jeff Goldsmith, Reznor’s involvement in the musical rock opera adaptation was initially revealed by Palahniuk. During a Fight Club panel at last weekend’s San Diego Comic-Con, Palahniuk confirmed the news.

The project has been in the works since last year. Director of the Lion King stage show Julie Taymor is also reportedly working on the adaptation.

“Here's the first of several tracks I'm planning on posting that Atticus Ross and I recorded for Gone Girl that didn't end up getting used in the film,” Reznor wrote on his Apple music page.

Bump! Trent announces new NIN in 2016 (and other stuff) via Twitter. Hoping for at least a new full length album and arena tour (cuz fuck trying to secure club tickets). Possibly that live 2013/14 DVD/BRD gets released as well.
