Watched Spectre tonight. I thought it wasn't bad actually, albeit some of the action scenes weren't really to my liking.

I watched the new X-Men: Apocalypse trailer today. Despite enjoying most of the other X-Men movies, this one seems to have sucked any anticipation for it out of me:

• The main villian looks pretty uninspiring
• The CGI used to bring the apocalypse looks a little second rate
• The lines in the movie appear to be almost entirely cliches
• I feel like the cast for the rebooted X-Men is pretty boring (though I enjoyed First Class despite that).

Looks like I'll wait for DVD on this one.

I might go see Civil War next week though, that seems to at least be getting good reviews.

CGI is usually still being worked on when the first trailer is released so the CGI is probably going to look better than the trailer makes it out to be.

Are you guys into your Alien / Predator stuff...I bit old hat and they have made some bollocks sequels

Can't see Scott's going anywhere and clearly its centred around the Android stuff (Fassbender). Blomkamp could make the next best film after Alien / Aliens. As just by looking the cast list...Sigourney and Michael Biehn are involved.
