I'm still going to check it out, but having read a few other reviews it sounds like it's a disappointing mess.

That's disappointing. I really liked Moon and I hoped that Jones would've kept making interesting sci-fi movies.

Watched Thor: Ragnarok this evening. Certainly one of the strangest Marvel movies I've seen, and also thoroughly entertaining. After Thor 2 was painfully bland, it's nice to see the franchise back up there again.

Missus asked that I take her on a date night to the movies for this solely based on old mate Kiwi director being the director. We laughed our arses off the whole movie. Was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. if you haven't seen his movies Boy & What we don in the shadows, get on them.
