You mean an arrogant twat? I don't think that is too far beyond the original concept of the comic book character. I did find the dialog between the two characters pretty tedious though.

What would be the expected answers from him when Stark sends a one liner his way?
Re: What are you watching? Film/TV
Just as an aside as to what went down in AIW, didn't Strange see only one possible way of winning out of millions and that's why shit went down exactly as it did?
Please tell me you didn't think of this.

The only way in the millions of possible outcomes was to engage in a battle of wits with Iron Man. All other moves would have resulted in them losing.
And yes, it was pretty obvious to me at the end of the movie that Strange knew what was to come, and that it was the only option.

All right, it's been a week...so no rushed judgement...but Mission Impossible: Fallout was just okay. Entertaining, but just okay.
Rogue Nation set a high bar and I definitely went in to that one not expecting anything (which probably made me enjoy it even more), but Fallout...felt like a bit of a step backwards.
Still entertaining, but...didn't feel like I needed to make the effort to check it out in the theater.

Interesting... I haven't seen Fallout, but found Rogue Nation to be pretty disappointing myself, despite not having much in the way of expectations. I remember more of Ghost Protocol which I only saw in theatres when it came out, whereas I watched Rogue Nation likw a year ago.

I hear Fallout is pretty good, though I didn't think much of the trailer. I enjoyed the last couple though

The Hannah Gadsby special on netflix literally floored me. I've been a fan of hers for over a decade when she would show up on random panel shows but her stand up special Nanette is something else.
Reminded me a lot of Bill Hicks, she put something so common sense into the ether that in a decade it will look passe, at least I hope.
Fuck anyone and everyone denouncing this, they lack any sense of empathy, this woman is screaming from her primordial soul.

I don't know who Hannah Gadsby is, let alone anyone denouncing her.
Re: What are you watching? Film/TV
Is she anything like Hannah Montana?

"They lack a sense of empathy"?!?!?
That's right...demonize anyone who differs from your world view. Take the high moral ground and virtue signal off into the sunset. Hold hands with Waleed Aly while you talk merrily about inclusiveness, colonialism and the patriarchal society that encompasses us and how you're going to fight back.
Oh...and Hannah Gadsby is awful.
FUCKING AWFUL.

I decided to watch the trailer of her Netflix show, and it was pretty bland. In fairness I dislike most standup, and hers seemed no more/less funny than anything else. 60 seconds was enough to know it's not something I'd enjoy.

Listening to Hannah Gadsby is like standing in line at the post office listening to the person in front of you have a "jokey" conversation on their phone.

Cool, next time I need your opinion on something you dislike I'll make sure to post the trailer for your enlightened insight.

And the quality went really south after 3 episodes, oh well.
I will never hear 'Mmmmerica' the same way again.

Just started watching the second season of Fargo. Two episodes in and it's already lit. I'm super excited to see where this crazy show goes.

Not sure if there's any Fishbone fans on here (one of the best live bands I've ever seen by the way), finally got around to watching their doco from a few years back. Great watch.

Saw the new predator movie. I went in with low expectations and walked out hating myself for being dumb enough to support such a train wreck with my hard earned.
