Wouldn't be surprised if there is some truth to that. The band seems pretty heavily into the occult. The date probably holds some significance. Adam gives me the impression of being a sort of vision-seer that only makes decisions based on what his spirit guides tell him to do. Could be why it has taken so goddamn long. Makes sense as to why there music is so incredible. Other artists have been like that too. Most of the truly great bands have at least one person with supernatural abilities. Apparently all four (five?) of the Beatles were able to channel spirits and that's how they were able to conquer the world through the power of music and become the biggest musical artists that will probably ever exist. They were heavily into the occult as well too by the way; probably more so than any other band. Magik is real people.

Hey that was me "grudgin" alright! Not really but I wasn't being positive per say. Tyson's comment just triggered some thoughts to spew out and I can't really talk like that in real life for obvious reasons so there it is for you all to laugh at. I hope everybody enjoys the weekend as well.

During the Hellboy artwork fundraiser myself an Kittaan largely carried the financial load (i believe we both were around 150 in total donations)
Back when memberships and donations were a thing I purchased multiple multiple memberships and gifted one
I have offered to assist Hellboy with hosting costs before Dan came along and took care of that issue
In all I would wager I have probably put close to $500 bucks into this site

He and Danny have been close friends for many years and that is how he got the gig. They are both into that esoteric goofy shit Back in the day trips to Area 51 and hunting down Crowley rare editions and other silly shit. Since Blair has moved away from LA they don't see each other as much and since Tool does fuck all with their website and they are on social media the newsletter has become largely irrelevant.

Blair had a good run though. Pretty good fucking gig writing complete nonsense on a band website once a month and getting paid for it.
