so they brought him out during a Tool concert? that's a pretty cool moment. I wonder why they've not worked together officially on a recording of some kind in the past, or maybe they have and I'm just not aware?

I'm curious as to who is playing guitar. I presume it was Duane Denison, as the playing is a bit too clean for Adam.

so far my favourite recording of Triad Live with the Meshuggah guys... very nice angle, Tomas is out of his fucking mind and body, and Tool is on rare fire on this one, really nice to watch
Very trippy performance artists. Saw them on tour with Tool a couple times. Amazing.

Yes, just watched the remastered audio version. Excellent show. It's also Billy Howerdel's last show with Tool as their guitar tech. MJK mentions it and you can see Billy cruising across the stage at several points.

Tool Live 1996 The Glass House. Remastered. Full Concert.
Pomona, CA
October 16th, 1996.
One of the most legendary Tool concerts ever. Video and the new audio source are polished and more or less improved, nothing special really. But the result is pretty damn good. Several Ænima songs had their premiere during this concert. A must see epic historic performance in great quality.

this is an amazing angle, quality and atmosphere
(is MJK pointing his ass towards Adam during the last part? also he's talking to Justin and DC I guess sometimes but never to him, ah nevermind probably an illusion)

Superb vids for raw footage like that. You can tell the dude isn't a musician, but I'm not complaining. I can only hope that with the great clips and audio we've already seen (along with more that's surely out there), that someone will cut it all into an amazing version of the whole show. It would be a worthy project.
PS - I would love to have one of those bass drum heads... very cool.
PPS - Love that MJK says "we both want... to take you to dinner" Much more civilized. Loulz.

Kind of tiring of the constant lyric "jokes" lately. I mean, whatever keeps it fun for him I guess. It's just the lyrics are so powerful in their original form, and it's starting to feel like a contest at times to see just how many "jokes" can be crammed into their place. More of a minor quibble, they're still amazing live.

The words aren't so powerful to him anymore, and you can tell. He sounds so much more into it and dedicated when he's with Puscifer. Need new Tool album and new words.

the question is, does he need any more purification with powerful emotional tracks, and powerful words? it seems like he is in peace with life now, maybe the other members, fans, his family, politics and grapes can make him angry for a short period of time, but I dont think he has gone thru any kind of stuff that would make him to write powerful words, like Pushit, Schism, Wings etc
