Gotta say I'm not especially blown away by this - some if it looks good, some of it a little tacky. I guess that's nothing new for the series I suppose. We'll see in December...
you're not talking shit about what's going to be the most anticipated and highest grossing movie in cinema history are you? is nothing sacred anymore?
there's nothing tacky about that split second clip of destruction in the Tie Fighter bay. that's actually a set, they built that shit from top to bottom. pure insanity.

sorry for totally bombing this thread but I'm a dork. Oscar Isaac is currently one of my top three favorite actors (Daniel Day and River Phoenix's brother at one and two, respectively). he was great in Robin Hood, Inside Llewyn Davis and A Most Violent Year. he will be a lead in Star Wars and the upcoming X-Men movie. I think his role as Apocalypse might be the most slept on in the MCU, can't WAIT to see what he brings to the role. check out this short interview:
Macaulay Culkin is back for another Home Alone! I'm so excited for this.

I went to the movie theater once last year. The ol lady wanted to see the movie "Wild" and so we went to this theater called Cinepolis. Big leather seats that recline back and they serve food and alcohol. By the way I thought Wild was a great movie and you guys should all see it. Anyways that was the only movie I saw in theaters last year and this 2015 line up has got me making a savings account just for movies. Haha. There is a ton of movies that I might actually go to the theater. Very excited for Star Wars. Haters going to hate but that trailer makes it look awesome in my eyes.

I never went to a midnight showing of a movie, The Force Awakens will be my first. does anyone remember their first cinema experience? I was almost three years old when my dad went to see Return Of The Jedi and toted me along. obviously I don't remember that. Back To The Future II I think is the first one I remember in theaters..Jurassic Park was actually a grammar school class trip, that I remember vividly because I was a dinosaur freak. on VHS I remember Predator, back in 87 or 88? good parenting skills dad lol.

Some Marvel geeks like it, others don't. Who knows what to believe in these crazy times! If only we were allowed to have opinions of our own!

Dangerous thoughts...
My kid is dying to see it, so I will be taking him shortly after it opens here. I'll let you know my opinion, and you can adopt it as your own.

My kid saw it on a Saturday night, his comment was "it was expensive at $20". That was a student ticket and not 3D.
