Borderlands 3 out September 13th. Already pre-ordered on Xbox probably going to pre-order on PS4 as well just for the hell of it.

It is hilarious watching pc gamers fucking cry again about Epic exclusivity. If you remember I told you the pc gaming community was going to have issues with the Epic store and that has certainly been the case. That said, the youtube vocal pc crybabies actually end up being a fairly small amount of people. If 5,000 pc gamers end up not buying the game 2K won't give a shit. They will make it up with the deal they have with epic.

I understand that people don't like Epic. I don't like Epic. The store is sketchy at best. But people that are crying about exclusivity crack me up. God forbid you have to have two or three extra mouse clicks to start your game. There is no such thing as pc exclusivity. It is not like they have a deal with Dell and HP has to wait 6 months. It is a fucking digital store. It is a couple of mouse clicks. Stop crying.

Anyhoo...B3 new trailer lets go!!

Just checked Borderlands trailer has 21k down votes. A portion of the PC Gaming community is really kind of sad. I don't want to generalize pc gamers as I know the youtube viewing/commenting vocal bunch is actually the minority. What does get me is the snarky ass way many pc gamers respond to console player. They come off as elite asses because they can build a pc. I have been building pcs, servers and entire networks since before half of these crybabies were even born. I have forgotten more about computing than 90% of pc gamers and I prefer console gaming.

The gaming community is a mess. Everyone wants to blame the publishers and developers and while they are certainly issues in the industry the toxic nature of the gaming community is just as big a problem as loot boxes.

Bottom line if you don't like the Epic store than wait the 6 months. That doesn't mean you down vote a game. Moreover I am sick of pc gamers talking about exclusivity THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS PC EXCLUSIVITY. Using a different launcher is not EXCLUSIVITY. I said it before it is not like 2K made a deal with Alienware for 6 months of exclusivity. If that happened THEN i could understand the outcry. But a freaking launcher? A couple of mouse clicks.

Oh and for the people complaining about data breaches and epic store spyware stop crying get over it. Welcome to the internet. Your information is out there. All the data breaches you hear about are only a small amount of what actually happens on a day to day basis. At this point you should just assume your financial information is likely out there somewhere and simply monitor your accounts and stop worrying about it. Moreover probably 75% of the data breach issues were brought on by users being lazy. Weak passwords, no antivirus/firewall, not updating programs, pirating software, etc etc etc. So many people are on computers right now that are compromised and part of botnets and the user has absolutely no idea.

Sorry rant is over I am just sick of the negativity. Goodness knows I was a part of the problem for a long time but I am trying hard not to be any longer.

I prefer to ignore the idiots. Joining the whole rant or circlejerk discussion is an utter waste of time.

Bought this game...then returned 4 days later. Swords, Japan setting and death blows are cool enough but the AI is so bad and generally game feels a bit clunky. For 2019 standards it was disappointing.

Sounds like you're just a bit to crap to be any good at it. I know I am. When 30 attempts later you can't get past the first mini-boss, you realise the game is not for you.

For what it's worth, I can't agree that the game is clunky or outdated at all. I just wish I was good enough to enjoy it the way it's intended.

You gotta be into Dark Souls styles games to enjoy this. I am not the slightest bit interested in Japanese style games but I respect the level of difficulty you find in Dark Souls games. Sekiro is that kind of game you kind of have to enjoy the punishment.

I like challenges in the video games I am playing but I prefer different kinds of challenges. The sort of combo and button mashing dive and dance boss fights don't do much for me.

I tend to play single player games on normal difficulty. I don't mind a bit of a challenge but I want to relax and enjoy the story and the gameplay. When it comes to shared world games/looter shooters I am all about the challenge. Raids/Challenging missions/Bounties etc I am all about pushing to master the encounters.

Days Gone out in two weeks. Division 2 raid drops on the 25th. Once I beat the raid a few times I will likely take a break and play Days Gone. Sony Exclusives never disappoint. Then Rage 2 is out two weeks after that. Really a hell of a year for gaming with Borderlands 3 due out in September.

Git gud.

These games are not hard, it's just a myth, trust me, I platinumed them all:

Myth or not, I struggle to get past the first boss in any of these Soulsborne type games. I love the idea behind them, but I seem to be totally incapable of playing them.

Nope. I guess we'll see the gameplay during E3 2019 this summer.

Not sure why anyone would pay more than $20 for a remake/remaster type game.

No doubt EA will do it's best to ruin the game with some micro-transactions. I trust Respawn to make a better game than Dice did though.
