Got a Nintendo Switch over the weekend, and am pretty happy with it. Great alternative to the Xbox and PS4 with a somewhat different outlook on where it sits in the market.
The new Zelda is great as well.
Time will tell to see if the console gets the support to make it a success, but I think it's got off to a good start so far.

Looks quite interesting, though I never did get around to playing Far Cry 4 or Primal

4 wasn't bad. Primal is garbage don't bother. If Far Cry is your thing you might want to check out Ghost Recon Wildlands. They did a decent job on it.

Wildlands looks interesting - I've been keeping an eye on it but not convinced. Might pick it up one day on sale.

I am playing Andromeda at the moment. It was a shit show at launch but they have patched it enough to where the facial animations are not terrible any longer.

Kinda lost interest in Mass Effect games tbh. Probably the last AAA game I played was Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, and that was kinda ok.
Games I've really enjoyed in the last month or so tend to fall in the indie category that you don't really like M0g:
* Dead Cells
* Streets of Rogue
* Everspace
