I am not a team player. These are my picks. The finest of the finest. The good shit. All quality all the time.

Each week I am going to post 5 excellent albums. Support the artist and buy them if it is within your means.

I present to you The Body - I Shall Die Here

Unfortunately only three of the seven tracks on the album are up on Youtube at the moment. Enough I think to represent how good this album is and hopefully will make you want to purchase and explore the rest of it.

MOG'S PICKS #5 - Nadja - Queller

Nadja - Queller

Gotta thank Ziggy for the introduction on this one. Amazing album.

Couldn't you at least have done all this in the appropriate section?

Do you need attention or something?

I remember when crow did this, nearly all were promptly locked.

I don't think HB has seen it yet.

Screw you.

I actually did think about consolidating these into existing threads, but I assumed that HB would step in. I agree, I don't think he's seen them yet. I also agree Moggie went off the deep end with this.

Ok, threads merged. Keep your ego-posting to one thread please. Most of us are already aware of these albums, as you've recommended them before.

I'm all for you sharing the music you love, but keep it sensible please.

OK, fuck this noise. I am totally making my own thread.

How do two members already have their own threads, and I don't? I'm the biggest attention-seeker here.

At least I'm articulate, though. You have to agree on that.

Fuck you. Your countryman Tyson the Cunt has used the album of the week bullshit to pimp out mostly shit music for months. I post my shit in the appropriate subforum, breaking new rules or regulations, and you edit my shit? Fuck that noise. I don't give a Fuck what the other active members think about these albums. The purpose was to expose the lurkers who don't post to what I think are great albums and having the name of the band and album title in the thread name makes that exposure far more likely. So again, Fuck you very much for being an asshole and shitting on what I was trying to do.

You are wrong Mog.

Crow did the same thing a few months ago and got his threads straight up locked. Yours were merged. I don't see Crow getting mad.

Complaining about Tyson doesn't make sense either in this situation, he didn't break any rules. The AOTW/CAOTW thing is mostly dead, can't blame him for trying.

Did I ask for your fucking opinion? Pick up those two cents and shove em up your ass. I don't remember Crow doing that as I didn't see it happen at the time obviously. He sure as shit should have been pissed though if the situations are that similar.

Oh well. I'll give you credit for going this whole thread without complaining about Tool, at least. Props! There is a first time for everything!

Not sure I feel like playing this game today Mog.

If you were only posting once a week, then maybe you'd have a right to complain. Stop acting like a 4 year old.

Say what you want about Mog, but he definitely has a place in this forum.

He may not be the most popular person here, but I'll be fucked if I don't respect him.

Grumpy and uncouth as he can be, I have learned about many awesome bands I might not have due to his tenacity. He definitely gives back to the forum, even if it's easy to lose sight of that.

That time again. Time for the good shit. Time to deliver the quality. It's time for MOG's picks.

Starting off this week, I present Mogwai - Rave Tapes

Great fucking album. Way too many Mogwai "fans" who think they should have thrown in the towel after Mr Beast. Mogwai is still very much alive and kicking and making great albums. Enjoy. And as always, if possible, please purchase the album and support the artist.
