Puscifer added to Monster Mash Festival?

In news that won’t come as a huge surprise to many, it appears likely that Puscifer are about to be added to the Monster Mash Fest lineup in Arizona, which also includes Tool. The image which I’ve included below, suggests they will play the night after Tool, which I believe Linkin Park and Deftones are also playing. Also hinted at in the message, a new Puscifer video which appears to… Read More »Puscifer added to Monster Mash Festival?

Many of you would have noticed the post on Toolband already (and on other numerous social media sites) that the rumoured Tool show on October 31 at the Monster Mash Music Festival in AZ has been confirmed. Supporting will be Primus and another couple of bands. Maynard talks about Arizona & Winemaking

I came across a new interview on Arizona Republic with Maynard today, where he talks about his experiences in Arizona and Winemaking. Nothing particularly new, but an interesting read none the less: Touring plans will have to be scheduled around his other big commitment, though: He can’t very well tour during harvest. “Pretty much from August to November,” Keenan says, “I’m in the winery.” In other Maynard news, check out… Read More »Maynard talks about Arizona & Winemaking

Conditions of My Parole video, Arizona Stronghold Tasting

According to a tweet from Maynard the other day, Rolling Stone will premiere the video for Conditions of My Parole on Monday morning. I expect it will follow the prison theme that seems to have dominated the artwork on the latest Puscifer album (which in case you’ve forgotten was released a few days ago!).  There’s also an interview with Maynard on Artist Direct. I came across the 20 Brix website… Read More »Conditions of My Parole video, Arizona Stronghold Tasting

Tool sales wrap-up, APC do Arizona

Ticket sales for the two side shows have now pretty much wrapped up, with Melbourne sold out, and Brisbane being close to it – at time of writing there were some silver tickets only left, all single seats.  Ticketek sales for the Brisbane show went pretty smoothly, and Ticketmaster for Melbourne not so.  My experience this morning with Ticketmaster was that at about 9:00:15 there were only GA tickets left,… Read More »Tool sales wrap-up, APC do Arizona

Maynard talks APC with AZ Central

Maynard has done a quick interview with Ed Masley from AZ Central in which he talks about the coming A Perfect Circle shows: Q: I love the three-night stand idea. What inspired that approach? A: Well, we’ve never actually played the "Emotive" album live, so we wanted to do all those songs and really dial them in so we could have a little pool of songs to draw from when… Read More »Maynard talks APC with AZ Central

Danny Drum Clinic & Maynard Winemaking Videos

A few videos have come over my desk the last few days, and I’m finally getting around to posting them. The first are a range of videos from the recent Danny Carey, Aloke Dutto, Terry Bozzio drum clinic in Kansas.  There’s a stack of them out there, but here’s the best I found: There’s also a video Maynard talking about his winery and the viability of the industry in Northern… Read More »Danny Drum Clinic & Maynard Winemaking Videos
