Adam speaks with Triple J

The Tool interview onslaught continued last night as Adam spoke with Triple J‘s the Doctor in a recent radio interview. A quite chirpy Adam talks about practicing new songs, dark parties with Rammstien, comic writing with Adi Granov, Vicarious mathematics, Danny leading the band live, rekindling a love for metal and tasers. The full interview can be found on the Triple J site.

Puscifer to play Big Day Out 2013?

I was reading through the comments to the recent newsletter article this morning, and came across this little Big Day Out 2013 tour rumour from PolarBear: While catting with a few members after the Puscifer show in Houston last week, I overhead Josh Eustis say there may be plans for Puscifer to play Big Day Out (There ya go, Aussies. Wait is almost over.), potentially followed by a string of… Read More »Puscifer to play Big Day Out 2013?

Arizona Stronghold wines reach Australia

Some of you Aussies ordered some of the Merkin Vineyards 2006 Chuapacabra earlier this year. He says: The Arizona Stronghold wines have arrived early and will be released this weekend online through Wine Experience. We could only get 20 cases (240 bottles) of Arizona Stronghold Nachise… Read More »Arizona Stronghold wines reach Australia

Merkin Vineyards Chupacabra 2006 gets Australian release

Matt Irwin & Trent Allen, a couple of entrepreneurial Aussies have managed to secure the right to distribute Maynard’s wines into Australia.  This makes us the first country outside of the USA to have official distribution for these products.  It’s not a release of the entire range however, the first shipment will be the Chupacabra 2006, and I’d expect if this sells well then future wines will also become available.… Read More »Merkin Vineyards Chupacabra 2006 gets Australian release

Danny in Drum Scene, More Tool Collectables

According to Milhuisen, Danny will appear in Issue 64 of DRUMscene, apparently Australia’s #1 Drum Magazine.  As well as a “huge” interview, it will feature a poster. I might head over to the newsagent in the morning and see if I can grab a copy. Also, for those that missed it, copies of Salival and Lateralus Signed Vinyl were made available on the Toolarmy shop yesterday.  Took only 20 minutes… Read More »Danny in Drum Scene, More Tool Collectables

Tool Big Day Out Posters

I’ve dropped a few hints in the forums in regards to Tool Big Day Out Posters possibly being available online following the tour, and tonight I received the news that this is indeed the case.  Melbourne printers Beyond The Pale printed all of the posters for the 2011 tour (excluding Hawaii I think) and the leftovers, all unsigned are available from their website. Limited quantities from the Melbourne side show,… Read More »Tool Big Day Out Posters
