Turns out there was a Toolarmy Gingerbread House making competition, and the winner happens to be R Stump from Hollywood!  Obviously no relation to Rynne!

Good news for her (and us) is that part of her prize is “getting to sit in on a writing/arranging session with the band members in the new year”.

According to a recent post on Toolband, Danny has been holidaying in Bali, and girlfriend Rynne managed to take a snap of him playing a gamelan.  Blair also hints that its “perhaps a sign of things to come?”.  If I remember correctly, the gamelan was mentioned when 10,000 Days was in the wings as well…

Blair posted several updates to Toolband/Army today.  The first lot where a bunch of pictures from the recent Pigmy Love Circus gig.  Some nice work there with several shots take by Danny‘s girlfriend Rynne.  Toolarmy members get a close up of Danny in action.

Also mentioned is that there is a Volto! gig coming up on Friday the 6th of March at the Knitting Factory in Hollywood.  Blair mentions it will be the last Volto! gig for a while:

as certain band members might be busy with other projects in the months ahead.

Blair posted a one paragraph November Newsletter on Toolband/Army today, letting us know that Camella and Rynne have been on a Great White Shark Adventure and included a picture.  He also mentioned to be thankful that Adam and Danny weren’t there.  Perhaps they were busy doing something else…
