As hinted in the recent newletter, there appears to be a new addition coming to the Carey family? What what are they expecting? A deer? A wolf? A baby? A further delay in the Tool album? Rynne has confirmed this morning that Justin should be making an appearance on her Children of Saturn show today which starts at 6pm US Pacific time (11am AEST). I’m sure Justin will talk about a range of stuff, and you can chat with them and other listeners via the chatroom which you can access here.
Children of Saturn is a radio show run by Rynne (Danny’s girlfriend) every Monday night (US time) or Tuesday morning (11am AEST) and features a range of special guests and cool tunes. According to a recent post by Blair on Toolband, he and Danny will both be on the Children of Saturn radio show next week on the 10th of January. As a UFO nut, I will certainly be tuning in to hear their take on Area 51 and such, as well as some cool tunes I bet…
Turns out there was a Toolarmy Gingerbread House making competition, and the winner happens to be R Stump from Hollywood! Obviously no relation to Rynne! Good news for her (and us) is that part of her prize is “getting to sit in on a writing/arranging session with the band members in the new year”. Happy Holidays from Fourtheye (and Tool)!
According to a recent post on Toolband, Danny has been holidaying in Bali, and girlfriend Rynne managed to take a snap of him playing a gamelan. Blair also hints that its “perhaps a sign of things to come?”. If I remember correctly, the gamelan was mentioned when 10,000 Days was in the wings as well…
