Le Zenith

Apparently it’s been confirmed that Tool are playing at Le Zénith in Paris, France on the 28th of June.  This supposedly is a suggestion that Tool may be playing shows other than festival dates.  I’m sure there’s plenty of Europeans fans hoping to hear that….

Thanks to Madkilkor on Toolnavy for that one.

Coachella Confirmed, Selma Stops Dancing

Blair on Toolband/army has confirmed that Tool will be the headline act for the Coachella Festival.  Apparently there will be more info in this in the next few days.  Not sure what other info they plan to supply, but if you want info regarding ticket sales etc. then I’d suggest you head over to the Coachella Website.

Blair also mentioned that Selma has stopped dancing, and that the record was mastered on the 31st of January.  All that’s left now is the artwork, promotion and the release, presumably either the 11th, 18th or 25th of April.

Greenfield Festival

I think it’s going to be a busy few weeks, since European Festival dates keep coming in almost daily.  The Swiss are the next to benefit with Tool being announced as playing at the Greenfield Festival.

Hope you’re German/Swiss is better than mine, because there doesn’t seem to be a English translation yet (the English page only seemed to have last years line-up).  Placebo are playing as well apparently, and they’ve always put on a good show each time I’ve seen them.
