It seems as though Blair has finally given us some Tool information on Toolband. Nothing particularly exciting, just more confirmation that everything is going smoothly, and that the band a being delibertaly quiet regarding the recording process, though as soon as they decide to release further info, it’ll appear on the Tool site rather than some random record store.
Blair also left some code in the post “… – .. – – . – -“, presumable morse code that spells STITTETT. Doesn’t make much sense to me though. Anyone else got any ideas?
One person got this:
Stime, n. [Etymology uncertain.] A slight gleam or glimmer; a glimpse. [Prov. Eng.] –Halliwell.
from the morse code. *shrug*
How about the other clues he says he leaves in unrelated posts. For example what does ‘Remy neat, Annette’ mean? They are fans of the Da Vinci code, but I can’t find any hidden codes in the unrelated messages.
The name of the new album will be called ‘Carnlis’, in the mean time Teleincision is getting closer and will tie the masses over for 5 months.
And I could say the name of the new album is Corkscrew Telekinesis, the first single is Red Torpedo 13, and it all comes out Smarch 13th.
‘People’ are unreliable. Anonymous people are even worse.
Oh, and how about Hyparxis? It was a heading of a Blair post a while back, and if you google it it sounds very Toolish. I’d still lay money that it’s the name of -something- coming out.
possibly, stittet= so taxing it takes ten eons to track
“That said, when members of the band and/or their manager decide to release certain details pertaining to the recording process ••• – •• – – • – – , as well as any projected time-tables, etc., it will most certainly be posted on the band’s official website.”
