Another day, another new post on Toolband about something other than Tool……
This time it’s about their Tabla playing mate Aloke Dutta, who’s got three shows on in August, the first of which will be in Santa Barbara at the Mercury Lounge. Apparently the other shows will be in Oklahoma and Texas. Yeehaw!

TOOL frontman MAYNARD JAMES KEENAN collaborates with EVANESCENCE singer AMY LEE – Aug. 1, 2005.
As reported by KROQ radio, Maynard James Keenan is reportedly collaborating with Evanescence front-woman Amy Lee for a track on Evanescence’s upcoming untitled album.
There has been no recent news on a Tool release, except that it is being recorded in secrecy. In other news, Lateralus vinyl is being sold now at Toolband.com.
…Although apparently later investigation revealed that this post might not have actually come from Blabbermouth. It’s still one of those rumors floating around right now, and is a little substantiated by the fact that a Maynard/Amy Lee collaboration was originally going to appear on the Underworld sdtk.
