Tool are heavily rumoured to be touring Europe in mid-2006. iamurmama on Toolnavy claimed that in today’s (24-Jan-06?) issue of the Danish paper Politiken, there was a note claiming that Tool will be playing at Roskilde Festival in Denmark (June 29 – July 2). Now, whether or not we decide to trust someone with a user name like I Am Your Mama, is an issue, however according to the Roskilde Website, and announcement of the lineup for the festival is due tomorrow. So I guess we’ll know soon enough whether or not the European tour rumours are true…

In related news, good chance that Tool will appear in Finland at Ruisrock. The fesitival runs the weekend after Roskilde. I e-mailed the organisers and they said that while the lineup won’t be confirmed until about March/April, at the moment it looks like Tool will perform there!
