The artwork for the upcoming Tool album is going to the separators/printers today, therefore it will eventually be leaked out that the name of the album is (drum roll…….) ‘ 10,000 days ‘
… so there it is.
So there you have it. Is it a hoax? Who knows, sounds like a wierd name for a Tool CD to me, but at the same time I think it’s a good name. Hopefully someone will get ahold of that leaked artwork soon enough…….

you guys are n00bs to actually believe that… they are making fun of disturbed’s latest album… i know that maynard and probally the whole group hates david drainman, as for he thinks the opposite about when it comes to the ego and shit.. he thinks he is a god because he is all macho and shit….
would they want to even give disturbed as much credit as to make fun of them?
Whether or not it is real the point is that the titles have begun. If it is personally I think it is neat but if not I’m sure it will be awesome too.

I work in the printing industry, the artwork can be leaked so easily it’s not funny, so I expect it to be up real soon.
I wonder why Blair didn’t give a track listing, because unless the names are not on the artwork, we’ll find them out as well.
Well, the Vietnam War has also been known as the ten thousand day war. That Kerrang article suggested that the lyrics on this one were to be a bit more political this time around. And, given that some people have predicted that Iraq will turn into the next Vietnam, then 10,000 days wouldn’t be such a bad name given the context.
we will just have to wait on who will have the last laugh….Blair or the naive Tool fans who think Tool will always stick to the same old routine of having one worded latin takes of mystical/occult names….
i think maybe because it doesnt sound too toolish that maybe they will leak some fake album art. that would really trick everyone.

the fake lateralus titles were also accompanied by songs such as “poopy the clown”… so i don’t know.
personally i welcome a departure from the more gibberishy titles… as much as i liked AEnima as a record I like being able to say things with confidence as well.

The idea of blair as a spokesperson makes me chuckle.
So does the fack that MTV even bothers reporting about Tool anymore.
In my opinion, I think that the title and what the band said in Kerrang, is bullshit and just the band having a little fun before any real information is released.

The reason why Blair posted the name was because it the art was going to the printers. He knew it would be leaked one way or another so he said “fuck it” and just released the name. If this is a fake name the real one should be leaked any day now (if it isnt already!) Why would Blair waste his time posting something that could easily be proven false in a matter of days! Does he not care about looking stupid? HOWEVER I must admit “10,000 Days” sounds odd for TOOL.
