Those photos are great. The best ive seen of them live I think. I hope sydney is like that.
Also, I heard that the projections on the STAGE floor were synced with the ones on the backdrop, making for some elven-mechanics for those on whatever they were on (yeahyeah).
Being on the floor, I didn’t notice.

I was wondering what is like without having the massive projection screens behind the band – is it better having the projections on the stage in your opinion?
My concern is for those folks on the floor – what do they look at for the whole show? Just the smaller screens behind the band members?
Or is it still just simply awesome and I don’t have anything to worry about…?

Honestly I thought the stage sucked. But what was cool is that you could see the band -all- the time, in great light, because of the floor. What did we look at on the floor? Maynard was dancing thoughout the whole thing, and like I said, you could really see him. And personally, I would rather watch Maynard dance than watch the huge screens, because, well, I’ve seen that stuff before.
