Tool Tour To Be Rescheduled
Los Angeles, CA – February 21, 2007 – Tool will be rescheduling their upcoming North American tour due to an injury in the band. Over the weekend, drummer Danny Carey tore a bicep. Danny underwent surgery TODAY and is recovering well. Rescheduled tour dates will be announced shortly.
(Note: Danny just got out of surgery and it went well)
Get well soon Danny, and commiserations to all of you who have made arrangements around the existing tour dates. Since it’s a US tour – let the legal actions commence!
i really hope he gets well soon.. and that there is no long term effects… what a loss that would be…
Depending on the severity of the injury, there could be a 4-6 month recovery time. That’s presuming the tear actually tore the muscle from the bone.
Hopefully for everyone’s sake that’s not the case.

Wow, I wonder who Bonnaroo is going to replace them with? Regular shows can be rescheduled, but Bonnaroo can’t.
