Blair posted a somewhat ominous message to Toolband/Army today. Not sure whether he’s referring to, but feel free to discuss the possibilities!
The band members are scheduled to return home today, and wish to thank all those fans for supporting them on this latest stretch of the “10,000 Days” tour. After a bit of a rest (actually, all of them have various projects to work on during this ‘break’), they will gear up for another European tour (see Tour Section). And after that… well. as soon as I receive the official word, I’ll post it…
Mattia emailed me this morning too, and tells me there’s an interview with Maynard regarding Puscifer on MTV. I haven’t checked it out yet, but I’m sure it’s worth taking a look…..
So my guess is it’ll be one of the following:
*Tool are breaking up
*A certain member of Tool is leaving the band
*Tool are going to do a series of “farewell” shows
*”See you again in 3 1/2 years!”
it could just be referring to the australian tour?
who knows. knowing blair, it could be something lame.
If a member leaves Tool will break up I think….
Anyway what with the negativity? It simply eludes to what’s coming after the European tour. Which probably means an announcement in regards to a pacific tour ie the dates will be announced when they’re confirmed with the band.

actually i think they’ll be another US tour before the australian tour judging from comments onstage in the last few shows.
if you listen to the highlights from the tool takeover on KRock today, Justin clearly states that they’re coming back after the European leg for more US dates. That’s all blair is alluding to.
maybe its just another part of the puzzle called life !
