20 Arrested at Holmdel Tool Gig

According to Blabbermouth, 20 people were arrested at last nights Tool gig in Holmdel, New Jersey.  Apparently they were mainly for underage drinking and marijuana possession.  You naughty Tool fans!

Justin on K-Rock

Justin hosted K-Rock’s Hostile Takeover in NYC the other night, and you can hear what he had to say during the night over on their website.  Not sure how long it will be there though.  It wouldn’t work for me in Firefox either, had to resort to Internet Explorer. Just a tip for Justin – don’t give up your day job!

Closing another page, turning to Puscifer?

Blair posted a somewhat ominous message to Toolband/Army today.  Not sure whether he’s referring to, but feel free to discuss the possibilities! The band members are scheduled to return home today, and wish to thank all those fans for supporting them on this latest stretch of the “10,000 Days” tour. After a bit of a rest (actually, all of them have various projects to work on during this ‘break’), they… Read More »Closing another page, turning to Puscifer?

Bidding at the moment is at US$300 and seems to be shipping to the US only at this stage. Which is a shame, because given the strong Australian Dollar at… Read More »Signed Vinyl on Ebay

New Poll: Your plans for the upcoming Australian Tour?

This week I ask what you plan on doing for the rumoured Australian tour later this year.  Considering that Tool were last here less than 12 months ago, and are touring on the back of an album some of you consider to be sub-standard, how many shows do you plan on seeing?

Poll Results: What Tool Project would you like to see released next?

Last week I asked what Tool project you would like to see released next.  Most of you are pretty keen on the Live DVD, which I’d say may actually never happen, at least not while the band are still together.  Unsurprisingly alot of you also want Tool – The Movie.  Personally I’d like the Live DVD, since I’m not sold on the idea of Tool – The Movie just yet….… Read More »Poll Results: What Tool Project would you like to see released next?

Aussie dates coming soon?

Auroboros from Toolarmy emailed me today, to tell me that his Mum tells him that Tool have been booked by Frontier Touring and will be playing in Melbourne on the 9th or 10th of December.  The dates sound about right based on Maynard‘s comments earlier this year, but I guess we’ll have to wait and see as to how accurate this rumour is…..
