Not necessarily (it can be removed), and plus SO WHAT? Tattoos just don’t indicate coolness, and youngness, they can just be for artistic reasons, or ANY reason.

I was just making a light-hearted comment and said nothing at all bad about tattoos, but if you’re gonna SO WHAT me like I attacked the entire practice… Really, they can be artistic?! I thought people only used them to make themselves younger and cooler. (Actually I get one every two years so that I age half as fast.) And they can be for any reason? So a tattoo can BE (whatever that means) because my dog just yawned? Thanks that was really informative! Tattoo removal is imperfect and more painful and expensive then getting them done originally.
