I think the Grammys are a Recording Industry award, so to be eligable to vote you need to be a member of the RIAA (or something like that).
Nah Foo Fighters have this one in the bag.
It always amuses me what the Grammys consider hard rock.
Each one of those songs on there could be considered a hard rock.
