no one bloody believed me that maynard was in an oakley print ad for the “medusa” headgear/goggles way back in like 2002 or 2001 or something.

I remember that goggle ad. I wanted those so bad when I saw that picture. I’m glad I didn’t invest in that purchase.

I must say that commercial is actually pretty bad ass. I also like how he incorporated a few of his passions into the commercial. Even if it wasn’t maynard, id still really dig that commercial.

But I thought I saw that ad used for advertising Puscifier. Maybe I was dreaming.
But yeah, I remember him in that Oakley ad too. I saw that not long after I saw a photo of him from an Auckland concert when he wore the big Oakley goggles and rubber hair wig thing. Does anyone know what I’m talking about? I was gutted when he didn’t pull out that costume here in Wellington. It looked badass in the photo.
