It does sound like Maynard. Does anyone else recognise the music as something else?
Sounds to me like that video was recorded at a festival somewhere and Maynard is performing on stage at the time. Sounds like a live bootleg
Well BMB did say that one of the Tool memeber is performing on the new ISIS album so there is a 1 in 4 chance maynard will be on it. I think hearing those vocals raises this chance significantly.
I couldn’t even tell, tbh.. the sound is so muddy and the voice is so quiet it could be anybody.
Could be a festival in germany, since the guy in the backround is speaking german.

I agree it is a bit too unclear to be definitive (deliberate I guess) but I do think it does sound Maynard-ish.
