More Salival on Ebay

Another one of the 33 Signed Salivals made available last year is now up for auction on Ebay.  Bidding starts at US$0.01 and continues for another 10 days.  Good luck for those chasing one of these rarities!

Rumour: Lollapalooza 2009

According to Mitch123 on Toolarmy, there is some speculation that Tool might be headlining this years Lollapalooza Festival.  Not a shred of evidence to back this up as far as I can see, so don’t go booking your plan tickets just yet…

Ganjalf contacted me today and told me that according to the recent Guitar World interview: Jones: We’re working on “The Pot,” but i’ve been really lazy lately. The setup for it is a lot more epic, so it’s actually good that we’ve been able to have more time. It’s going to be all stop-motion and in 3D. Isis Wavering Radiant details released

Dannycarey.org Preview Pictures

This morning I was provided with a three pictures taken from the upcoming update to dannycarey.org.  The pics appear to be pretty heavily CGI’d which suggests the site will probably be quite Flash intensive.  Regardless, they look quite interesting and I can’t wait to see the end result!  No word yet on when the update will become available. Salival on Ebay, Trujillo Loves Tool

Another copy of the Signed Salival DVD has worked it’s way onto Ebay.  Current bidding puts it at US$102.50, and I’d expect this to go up a reasonable amount over the next 9 days. Melvins Live at Amoeba Records

Joel emailed me to let me know that the live performance by The Melvins recorded at Amoeba Records in Hollywood is now up on their site.  It includes a pretty good interview with the four of them (it’s the lineup featuring Big Business) and several live tracks, and in what seem to be reasonably high definition.  Enjoy!

Meshuggah Live DVD, Pigmy Love Circus

According to a recent post on Blabbermouth, Meshuggah will be releasing a live DVD later on this year, and will also be recording an album for release in 2010. Danny’s other band, Pigmy Love Circus are playing a gig tonight with bands Sturgeon, Sextapes and Hectors Revenge at the Key Club in Hollywood.  Sounds like fun if you can make it!

Guitar World Excerpt

According to Puscifer.com there are a few more seats made available, and these ones are in the front sections and are available for each of the three shows in Las Vegas next week.    Had a quick look and they look a little more expensive that normal, but if you’re keen to go then snap them up!
