Maynard was recently interviewed by Lex & Terry (some DJs from the US I’ve never heard of) and answered some questions regarding his wine experiences. Yeah, they’re assholes but these guys are actually pretty funny. Been listening to them for a while. The next day Lex and Terry had an asian girl who worked at their office tell a story on air about how maynard invited her to dinner that night and tried to get her to come back to his hotel with him. She had dinner with him but declined to go back to the hotel. It was a pretty entertaining story.
I thought Maynard has a girlfriend/fiancee. That sounds funny tho.

I don’t think you can trust anything Maynard says tbh. I mean I guess that could be true, but either
a) Puscifer would have to open for Tool (not gonna happen)
b) Tool start their summer tour in late July (unrealistic)
c) The Tool summer tour is an April fools, and they are only gonna play that one festival in late July.

I’ll have to go back and listen to it again, but I’m pretty sure the caller asked Maynard when TOOL is coming back to Texas.
I think that makes more sense considering they are confirmed for a July 15? date in Denver, and they would either be rehearsing or playing other shows in the weeks leading up to that date.
Caller: ‘I just have a question about Puscifer real quick, I know you are doing some limited shows, y’all coming to Texas any time soon?’
Maynard: ‘Funny you should ask. Funny you should ask that question. Yeah, possibly, right around the end of June/beginning of July.’
