Mahamundra from Toolarmy pointed out a quote from the recent Guitar World interview with Adam Jones, and a recent tweet from Meats Meier as having something in common….
Adam Jones: We’re working on ‘The Pot’ but Ive been really lazy lately[Laughs]. The setup for it is a-lot more epic, so its actually good that we’ve been able to have more time. Its going to be all stop motion and in 3D. We’re doing it so that we can hopefully have it shown in the theater. A-lot more theaters are going digital and those projectors can do 3D. We have a *consultant who worked with us on the 3D packaging for 10,000 Days, and he was telling me that in 10 to 20 years you wont need goggles for 3D, you’ll go to the movie theater and everything will look 3D. Its almost holographic. Its really exciting. Sorry, gimme a chance to nerd out and I will [Laughs]

Sorry for my ignorance, but what does Meats Meier do? Is this a sign that the video is nearly ready or just a sign that it’s happening? Oh, and if you haven’t seen, Maynard left a tweet or whatever saying that he just “put the finishing touches on a new track” and that it “sounds good” I assume he’s talking about Puscifer (maybe a studio recording of Polar Bear?)

Meats Meier is an artist who specialises in computer-aided 3D, and contributed to the 10,000 Days packaging, as well as two the first two Puscifer videos (and possibly more).

I think he may be refering to putting final touches on the mixing of a live Puscifer track. The other day someone posted that he posted on twitter saying something to the effect of. Listening the the live tracks, cant wait to hear them mixed…
Maynard’s twitter is the one that has the “listening thru the live vegas tracks. can’t wait to hear them mixed.” Like Hellboy said, Meats Meier is a 3D artist, so I doubt he has anything to do with the mixing of the live Puscifer material.

the quote up on twitter now in fact says “Putting some finishing touches on a new track. Sounds good”. i would say that would be a legitimate new track.
