Can’t confirm if it’s real or not, but Alex Grey’s website posted it, so I’d suspect there’s some legitimacy to it.

This is the most bad ass tat i have ever seen in my life. Tool is the most original band there is. And this would be very hard to do with body paint look at the detail in the art. This work looks like it could only be done with a tattoo gun. Which is awesome. And had to have taken a long time to create this master piece.
