I’ve had a few emails over the last couple of days in regards to the Fourtheye Fuck Blair! shirt I alluded to the other day. I posted a link to a shirt printing site called Printfection, and after studying them and their prices for a while, have decided they aren’t the company for Fourtheye. The main sticking point, was despite their excellent shop and product selection services, the deliver price was prohibitive for those outside of the US – something I’m very keen to avoid.
So I went back to Cafepress, a company I’d first evaluated but disregarded, and discovered that they have a much more international system, and that delivery to Australian customers, as well as those in other parts of the world (Canada, Great Britain and Europe in particular) are much more reasonable. For Australia for example the delivery fee is only $6. Printfection where going to charge over US$10 just for delivery.
The Fourtheye shop at Cafepress is live now, and you can feel free to make a purchase if you like, but I’m yet to finalise pricing, so be aware it may be cheaper or more expensive in the future. Also, I have ordered one of the shirts personally, to evaluate the quality of the print, shirt build etc. and will post a review on Fourtheye when received. Cafepress does have a 100% guarantee on shirts though, and they’re probably the leaders in the business, so I’m not expecting huge problems here.
I have a couple of designs now, including a great one by regular reader Rohan Dawes, and am happy to entertain any further submissions from readers. I’ll post a few pictures of the current designs below for those who don’t feel like clicking the link to the shop. Any feedback welcome!
