As I’m sure many of you have noticed, Toolarmy is down (Toolband seems ok though). I’ve heard nothing about the length of the downtime, and hopefully we’ll see service back in due form. In the meantime keep checking Fourtheye, or any number of alternatives such as Toolnavy or The Tool Hotline.

Since this now has it’s own thread: Toolband is semi-up (some pages loading, but as cultiv8 and tooldude pointed out, not the News), and Dissectional is fully up, but TA is still completely down as of 8:15 am Pacific. More than 2 days now… Fuckers. Last time this happened, TA, Toolband, Dissectional AND PussyFur were all down at the same time. This time the Pussy Fur site stayed up and the other sites came back (mostly) fairly soon. Not sure of the significance (maybe they just moved Pussy Fur to another host?). Or maybe this is the rumored TA Site Overhaul? Doubtful, but interesting… Read more »

Righty-o Kit, TB is only semi down. You can still view the shop and other navs. Current news seems to still be down though (1:45PM EST Thurs. 29th). It’d be nice to actually see that rumored overhaul, but I suspect shenanigans.
I heard it mentioned that something Tool related was supposed to happen Nov. 12th. Maybe the site going down has something to do with that? Or maybe it’s just a server issue again.

It couldn’t hurt… “Doubtful this will get to you, and even more doubtful I’ll ever get a reply… but why not? TA has been down for 2 days now.
