I don’t think Adam Jones would put too much effort into some poster for PRIMUS if he’s mainly putting his effort into the next Tool “production” and/or the new album..
If that’s the case then he shouldn’t have taken the gig.

So… aside from this… Has anyone found any information as to who might be involved as a producer on the new Tool album? I’d personally prefer that they go back to David Bottrill and would be thrilled if that were the news.
I thought Blaire hinted at Joe Barresi in a recent newsletter.
I kind of recall that now but was he hinting at engineering/mixing like he did for 10,000 Days or is he going to produce this time around? Should be interesting… Thanks for the response on that.

I know im late to the party… but fuck… He’s been drawing the same thing over and over for a few years now, the new album is going to end up being a rehash of 10,000 days with a different package. Most likely some shitty skeleton man, based on art made over 10 years ago.

I’m sure that drawing is from a certain part of Adam’s catalog of artwork and I’m most certain that he’s quite capable of and probably already has started working on his new catalog to contain the artwork for “The New Album”. I don’t feel I’m taking anything too seriously and I will make sure to avoid toolnavy as I’ve never even heard of it. I’m honestly just tired of hearing a bunch of cry babies that have nothing interesting or new to say other than “Wahhh!!! I want new TOOL!!! (suck suck suck on their thumb).. Anyone seen Primus live by the way? Epic show… Always have a really cool opening act or two. I’ve also never seen crowds move like that before… everyone bouncing up and down in unison, very cool. Last time I saw them was two years ago in Sacramento. Les had just gotten a new bass and gave a beautiful description of how many different types of wood were involved in it’s creation…. DROOL!!!!
I hope that the new Tool album is just called The New Album, that would be perfect.
an incident involving Justin…hmmm…Blair better have that newsletter cranked out by the end of Hallow’s Eve! Listening to Tool while lifted on psilocybin is like hearing them for the first time. Tool’s new album will be an acoustic album with bonus hip hop remixes of all their hit songs.
That reminds me of that prank that Trent pulled on a New Nine Inch Nails Album Featuring Sharon Crow, Remixes by Timbaland ETC… HAHA! Although I’ve heard some amazing acoustic covers of TOOL I doubt they’d do a whole album acoustic. Would be interesting to have a double disc with Electric Left/Acoustic Right though. Can’t wait to hear WTF happened to Justin! Is his “ranch” that I always hear about in Texas?

Found the photo but also read… “JUSTIN AND SHELEE DURING SWAT TRAINING” “All fun and games at first, but later when things (very strange things!) went down on a “mudding” trail at a local ATV park, there would be an actual confrontation of which the photo below eerily foreshadowed… (Again, more about this when I get the whole story from investigators in Houston.) ” Key Word “Mudding” I would assume that mud could make a beard grey.
