Mog is hilarious, whether he’s trying to be or not. He’s blessed with maximum rage, kinda like the Incredible Hulk or MJK. I think the TOOL album is overdue, but I find an immense amount of entertainment value in Mog’s verbal demolishing of current TOOL status quo. He’s not crushing REAL hope, he’s crushing FALSE hope.
