There’s a new video up on Youtube which previews the artwork from the coming A Perfect Circle Greatest Hits pack Three Sixty:
According to the description:
Once this video hits 10,000 views we will unlock a new clip which features the artwork for THREE SIXTY, A Perfect Circle’s greatest hits album. Steven Gilmore, the artist behind each of A Perfect Circle’s album covers, returned to create this artwork

YOLO.

Pretty damn weak.
This is terrible.
Greatest Hits from only two original albums and a cover album… Maynard attempted to excuse this in an interview recently by saying the record company made APC release a Greatest Hits album…. Whoa, wait a minute, what the fuck? Maynard just said that the record company made his band do something he didn’t want to do? Are we to really believe this? I thought the whole getup about Maynard and Tool was the fact that they have TOTAL creative control over their products….I guess it’s ok to sellout APC but not Tool? Wtf is Maynard thinking? Btw, the artwork for 360 is even a joke….because there is no original new art! It’s just a crudely photoshopped collage of their old album covers…..That’s original…but then again, neither is a “greatest hits” album from a band that NEVER HAD HITS, they had a few songs that did OK, but they’re not a fucking top 40 band, so how could they have what could be deemed as “hits”? Fucking depressing.
Creative control is not the same thing as having a contractual obligation to release a greatest hits album. You’re getting far too worked up over something you’re obviously not going to buy anyway…
But Maynard is “making us buy it”.

TOOL had to go through tedious lawsuits for years to achieve their creative control. I doubt the members of A Perfect Circle have the time or energy to fight such contractual obligations.
No time for a band that hardly ever releases new material? Poor APC.

I agree. Seems strange to me that the only way to get their live DVD is in a now sold out limited edition package. I still expect they will announce standard DVD release of some type with this material on it.
Failing that it should be easy enough to download I guess…
