For those still waint for their copies of the new Opiate2 Blu-Ray, you can checkout a preview of the video on their Youtube channel.
It’s only a 3 minute preview for now, but I expect at some point they will release the full clip.

Has anyone been able to locate the interviews on the Blu-ray disc has stated in the product description?

I believe the “…also includes interviews and insights from special guests” refers to the commentary track.
This is my understanding as well – if you’re looking for commentary from the band or Dominic, you won’t find it.
You are probably right. That’s disappointing. I don’t really consider the commentary version of the video to be an interview.
I like that the video goes along with the beat and changes in the song. Unlike how Tool said in the past the video doesn’t necessarily need to ‘go along’ with the audio. Syncing audio and video, or not, is awesome either way. Awesome to see Tool experiment and push the envelope. I think I like the purposeful syncing a bit more.
Fun fact! This one wasn’t really made by TOOL. Adam had some light collaboration but gave a lot of credit to his friend Dominic Hailstone. Such a great video though. Mine came in the mail a few weeks ago and I finally watched it last weekend.
I’d buy this but don’t own a DVD player anymore. Anyone know if there’ll be a digital release?
No plans that I’d come across, but I’m sure the video at least will appear on Youtube and other Tool channels in time.
Gaming console? I watched it on my Xbox Series X.
