Tool have announced their first date for 2023 – the Welcome to Rockville Festival in Florida during May. Also joining them on the lineup are Puscifer (though not on the same day):
There are some good bands on the lineup, though Friday and Saturday are pretty light on. I’d be checking out Queens of the Stone Age, Converge, Malevolence, Knocked Loose, Deftones, The Mars Volta and Deafheaven. Festivals are not everyone’s cup of tea, but I’m sure it’ll be fun for those who attend!
Queens of the Stone Age should have their new album out by then so I’m glad they’ll be playing shows again. They’re doing some European festivals as well I think.
