DVD’s Released in UK
According to Toolband/Army, the Schism and Parabola DVD’s will be released in the UK on the 13th of February.

Novarock
Tool have been confirmed as playing the Novarock Festival, which correct me if I’m wrong – is held in Austria. There’s actually a couple of other decent bands on this line-up, including Massive Attack, Placebo and Lagwagon. Oh and Alter Bridge, they rock don’t they…. No Guests
Not a big surprise to me, but it’s been confirmed by Blair on Toolband/Army that there will be no guests on the new CD, deceased or otherwise. Tool aren’t really know for having lots of guest on their recorded work (live almost the opposite) so it doesn’t really surprise me much. Hope they had a good party with Buzz, Josh, Aaron and anyone else who dropped in.
Not Elephtheria
According to Kabir from Toolshed, Maynard’s response to Elephtheria as the new album title was “Nice Try”….
Volto Live!
Volto are playing in LA once again, as usual at the Baked Potato(!) this Thursday the 9th of February. You know the drill, if you’re there, check them out, if you’re in the remaining 99.9 percent of the population, don’t go….. It would be nice if for once someone would give a report of what the shows are actually like, maybe even some pics or sounds.
All Tours Lead Tour Buses to Rome
Looks like Tool are playing in Italy, three shows in fact, all of which don’t seem to be festivals. Hopefully this suggests that they’ll be playing quite a few shows in Europe that aren’t festivals. The dates are: 19/06 Milano, Forum 21/06 Roma, Centrale Del Tennis Foro Italico 22/06 Bologna, Land Rover Arena. May Release
Hello from Sunny Adelaide! Blair posted on Toolband/army recently that it’s most likely that the new CD will be released in May as opposed to April. That’ll be good for all the Coachella attendees then who’ll get a sneak preview of the new songs….. There also would appear to be a track list going around. Looks like bullshit to me, don’t believe the hype.
Le Zenith
Apparently it’s been confirmed that Tool are playing at Le Zénith in Paris, France on the 28th of June. This supposedly is a suggestion that Tool may be playing shows other than festival dates. I’m sure there’s plenty of Europeans fans hoping to hear that…. Thanks to Madkilkor on Toolnavy for that one.

Just a quick heads up, I’m off to Adelaide for a couple of weeks, so while I hope to get online every couple of days, I may not be able to post as regularly as usual. Hopefully we’ll hear some big news in the next few weeks though……
