A Perfect Circle shows Canada more love

Just got an email from imbread_love_child who sent me a link to the Boonstock Music Festival website, and it looks like A Perfect Circle will be headlining one of the days.  The rest of the lineup looks pretty terrible, but at least there’s one act worth seeing!  The festival itself is late June, early July 2011, and there doesn’t seem to be any information on what day APC are playing.… Read More »A Perfect Circle shows Canada more love

Officer Santoro speaks!

In an article I stumbled across today, Charlie Santoro (father of Tool collaborator Matthew) speaks about being featured in Adam’s X-Files comic, as well as seeing Tool gig: Santoro picked up multiple copies of the comic books as they were released.  Framed pages of the comic book where “Officer Santoro” is featured are hung in his Linden Circle home.  Several of the comic books’ pages were pinned up around the… Read More »Officer Santoro speaks!

Even joking that the follow up album to 2006’s 10,000 days should be called “50,000 days”. However,… Read More »Tool talk new album on JJJ

Tool post video from the road

A member of Tool, presumably Maynard has filmed and uploaded a short video of the band preparing to enter the stage at the recent gig in Brisbane.  Note for fans trying to remain in the dark regarding the setlist – minor spoilers ahoy! Tool Brisbane….

And the winner is…..

The cut off for the Fourtheye Flood Appeal has been and gone, and this morning with the help of a random number generator (at random.org which happened to pick #22), I selected the winner from 108 entries from a pool of 26 people in total.  Without further ado, the winner appears to be a guy called Steve, who on further inspection seems to be Kittaan.  Congratulations and I’ll be in… Read More »And the winner is…..

Brisbane Tool Review, Tool Twats, Sydney Posters

Andrew from The Vine emailed me today a nice review he did of the Tool show in Brisbane last night.  I won’t post any details here in order to avoid spoiling things for those trying to remain in the dark, but if you want more detail on the show last night then take a look at the review thread in our forum. In other news Maynard appears to have convinced… Read More »Brisbane Tool Review, Tool Twats, Sydney Posters

A Perfect Circle play Edgefest in Toronto

Just got word from a couple of Fourtheye readers today that A Perfect Circle will be playing the Edgefest in Toronto on the 9th of July.  Other bands on the lineup include Rise Against, The Weakerthans, Tokyo Police Club, Arkells, The Reason and Dinosaur Bones.  I can’t imagine this will be the only show, so I’d imagine the East Coast mat see a few dates this time round.
